Eddie squealed and snatched the treat as Jon hugged Harv back, smiling. “Oof…careful…dad’s getting old.”
“You were always old, Dad.” He laughed and went back over to Eddie. “I’m glad you guys are back.”
“Gee, thanks.” Jon chuckled.
Eddie nodded. “Oh, me, too! It was amazing but I’m so TIRED…Jon, come here…” he hugged Harv close and waved his arm at his fiance.

Eddie squeaked and fell back on the couch, holding his son(s). “Oh, my darlings…” he said, yawning. “I missed you….”
“We missed you too. We went to live with J and the gang since it got so quiet here… How was your trip?”
Eddie nuzzled him. “It was wonderful but now I’m tired and sore and oh look it’s Jon. Jon feed me.”
Jonathan smirked. “You just ate.”
“So?”
“I stole some of ST’s gummy bears, want them Daddy?” He got up from Eddie and hugged Jon. “Dad!”

Stalking a Scarecro- what? Jonathan raised a brow at that but put it aside as he crossed his arms. “I’ll have you know, I’ve been an upstanding citizen as of late, young Harvey. Not to mention there are no authorities to speak of, aside from SHIELD, that are willing to arrest me whilst I am idle,” he shrugged, jotting down something before returning his full attention to the boy. “Tell me. Are you Two Face already or are you still Dent?”
He growled. “Does my face look burnt in half to you?! I’m not gonna be Two Face. Ever. So get used to just Dent.” He didnt know what this Crane was talking about- he didnt care all that much anyway.
Jon looked up, tears running down his face. “V…Vlad…Vlad…I…I’msorry…Vlad….”
“I…I.. it’s ok Dad… I won’t leave… I promise.”
Shakily, Jon held his arms out, whispering. “Imsorry…”
Eddie sat beside him, frozen.
Vlad fell into his arms. “I’m sorry Dad…”
Jon held him tightly, sobbing into his shoulder.

Jon held both of them and nodded, trembling. “Okay…okay…”
Eddie said nothing, crying in a nearly silent voice.
